Our daily life activities are responsible for our plan to have meal of the day…We can plan a month an year or five years  for success but regret our eating habits dye to busy schedule. As an entrepreneur myself stay busy on weekdays and WFH had give us self isolation habits with weight gain by default. Best to maintain diet plan for a 5 workings days meal as soups either vegetarian soup or non-vegetarian soup keep me light and much lighter in weight. My 10days practice transformed me. Which allows me weekends cheat diet.
